Spring Break Policies:

• Reservations - A one day advanced deposit is required for confirmation of reservation. Deposit may be check, money order or credit card. Cancellations must be received three weeks prior to arrival date for deposit refund. There is a $20.00 cancellation charge for all reservations.

• Security Deposit - A security deposit of $300.00 per room is required at check-in. The deposit is refundable at check out if there is no damge to the room.

• No refunds for early check-out, inclement weather or eviction.

• Check in time is 2:00 pm. Check out time is 10:00 am.

• Visitors are limited to 2 persons per room at any time between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm.

• No funnels, "whip-its", or similar substances, intoxicants or apparatus are to be brought onto the property. No kegs allowed on property or on the beach.

• Housekeepers will come into your room daily to service the room. Employeees have the right to enter any room for maintenance,cleaning, service, or inspection, if deemed necessary at any time.

• Everyone must maintain a standard of conduct as not to disturb other guests, and keep our property clean. If your room is left excessively dirty there is a $30.00 clean-up charge.
